Refund Policy

At Cold Case Printables, all products are delivered digitally. Because of this, we maintain the following refund policy.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final.

Once a case file has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This is due to the immediate access provided upon purchase.

Subscription Plans

Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

• Cancellation does not apply retroactively to the current billing period.

• You will continue to have access to any content released during your active subscription.

Exceptions

We want you to have a good experience. If you encounter:

• File access issues

• Corrupted or incomplete downloads

• Technical problems

Please contact us, and we will make it right by providing a working file or alternative access.
